    With a background spanning manufacturing, construction, import/distribution, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Patrick brings a broad and practical understanding of commercial operations. His academic foundation includes multiple science degrees, which informed his early ventures and continue to support his analytical and strategic thinking.

    Patrick has a proven ability to identify business opportunities, break them down into core components, and rebuild them into clear, actionable business and operational plans. Known for his agility and forward-thinking mindset, he consistently adapts to innovation and evolving market demands.     Dehan maintains over 13 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Dehan brings a wealth of expertise across all aspects of civil and commercial fencing projects. His background encompasses both field operations and high-level strategic management, offering a well-rounded perspective that strengthens project outcomes from planning through to execution. Dehan holds a Certificate IV in Engineering, which further supports his technical capabilities and approach to precision in fabrication and structural work.

    Dehan’s experience spans the full project lifecycle—from initial planning and site assessment to execution and final handover—giving him a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and solutions required to deliver complex fencing works on time and to standard.     JORDAN SCOTT

    With over 12 years of experience in the supply chain industry, Jordan built a strong foundation in logistics, operations, and process optimisation. His career has been shaped by a results-driven mindset and a dedication to delivering high performance in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.

    Transitioning into the construction sector 5 years ago, he now applies that same strategic focus as a Sales Estimator within the civil and industrial fencing space. His role is essential in preparing accurate, timely, and competitive quotations for clients, while also collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of awarded projects.

    Jordan brings a unique blend of commercial insight and operational awareness, allowing him to offer tailored solutions that meet each client’s specific needs. His understanding of both pricing strategy and project delivery timelines ensures that proposals are not only cost-effective but also realistic and achievable.

    KEAGAN COUCHMAN

    Drawing on a decade of experience across diverse and demanding construction environments, Keagan has developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the ground up. His work has taken him across Western Australia and beyond, where he has contributed to a wide range of projects in both metropolitan and remote locations, gaining exposure to every stage of the construction process.

    Throughout his career, Keagan has overseen critical works on mine sites, rail infrastructure, Western Power substations, and Water Corporation refineries and treatment plants in rural regions. His strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational integrity has been shaped by years of navigating high-risk, highly regulated environments—ensuring that every site he supervises meets strict standards.

    In his role as Project Supervisor, Keagan leads site teams, manages resources, and ensures each project is delivered efficiently and to specification. He liaises directly with clients, site supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
